LO/MIT Roofing Gallery

LO/MIT-I being spray applied to the ballasted roof of the National Weather Service Building in Daytona, Florida. LO/MIT-I is an excellent coating for ballasted roofs, but coverage is lower than smooth surface roofs. Ballast should be held in place with rock lock mastic before application of LO/MIT.
