Located in the NAHB Research Park in Gaithersburg, Maryland, this house demonstrates energy efficiency, recyclable materials and solar technology with an emphasis on enhanced durability and low maintenance costs. The entire under surface of the roof is coated with LO/MIT to lower air conditioning costs.
