AREVA Solar will supply a 44 MW solar boost to CS Energy’s coal-fired 750 MW Kogan Creek Power Station utilizing its Compact Linear Fresnel Reflector (CLFR) technology. The project, expected to be completed by 2013, is powered by SOLKOTE Selective Coating technology as its absorber surface and will be the largest hybrid plant of its type in the world.
